Your enclosure. Our display. Three services built on one core capability — producing LCD panels at dimensions that standard manufacturers do not make. Cell-only or complete module. No minimum order.
The core process. Custom active area from any donor panel.
The physical process of cutting and resealing an LCD cell to produce a custom active area. The glass substrate, optical stack, liquid crystal fill, flex ribbon, and driver PCB are all modified to your specified dimensions. The result is a fully functional active matrix panel at a size that no OEM produces.
Works across square, rectangular, wide, and ATI-format geometries. Resolution and pixel pitch are determined by donor panel selection — engineering identifies compatible options for your active area and confirms feasibility within one business day.
// Completed resized LCD — custom active area
Program-ready display. We manage the full stack.
Integration of a resized LCD cell into a complete display module — including backlight, driver electronics, housing, and connectors. Delivered as a tested, connectorized assembly ready for program installation. Appropriate for programs that require an integrated display rather than a bare cell.
Module configurations include standard, high-brightness, dual-mode, and NVIS-compatible builds. Housing, bezel, and connector specifications defined by program requirements. Functional testing performed prior to shipment.
// Finished 3ATI module — backlight, housing, connectors assembled and tested
FAI documentation, production configuration control.
Engineering support for programs requiring formal qualification, first article inspection, and production documentation. Includes dimensional verification, functional testing, and configuration control through production. Required for aerospace and defense programs with formal first article acceptance criteria.
Lot traceability and production configuration records maintained throughout the program lifecycle. Supply continuity planning available for programs requiring consistent display specifications across multi-year production runs.
