Most commercial TFT LCD panels are candidates for resizing. Engineering reviews your target active area against available donor panels and confirms feasibility, typically within one business day.

Square, rectangular, and custom aspect ratios at nearly any active area. This includes ATI instrument formats (2ATI through 6ATI) and non-standard geometries that no catalog panel matches.

At minimum: your required active area in millimeters, horizontal and vertical. Quantity, program application, outer envelope constraints, and any known donor or original part number all help engineering respond faster.

No. Tannas Display Solutions has no minimum order quantity. Programs run from a single first-article unit through full production quantities.

Catalog formats typically run 6–8 weeks ARO. Program-specific configurations are quoted with their own schedule during the feasibility review.

Yes. EOL and obsolescence replacement is one of our most common programs. A donor panel is resized to match your original dimensions. The physical interface is unchanged and the enclosure is not redesigned.

Every order includes a dimensional inspection report documenting active area, pixel pitch, and optical stack, which your quality and regulatory teams can use as evidence in their own change assessment. Both. We deliver cell-only resized panels or complete display modules with backlight, driver electronics, housing, and connectors, assembled and tested.

Yes. NVIS-compatible configurations are available for cockpit and night-vision-environment programs.

Yes. A Certificate of Conformance is included with every shipment.

Yes. First-article inspection reports and exhaustive test documentation are available for qualifying programs. This includes lot traceability and production configuration control.

Resizing is performed in an ISO Class 100 compliant clean space in Santa Cruz, California. US manufacturing is available for programs that require it, and country of origin is documented per order.
